Zbigniew Preisner - Silence, Night and Dreams.

07:07 Mellieħa, Malta
At the night there was a storm...was a deafening thunder. Just only ended rain ... And now the silence ... I hear like the last drops of rain are knocking on the roof ... less and less ... It is still dark. In the roads in the sea sparkle lights of several ships ... Beautiful morning ... My imagination brings together the dreams I read in books, the music I listen to, and my experience with live to make a very unusual and bizarre fantasy world...

Understand the season,
Understand yourmind.
Let yourself feel contact,
Closeness that we find
Mute as if enchanted,
Days pass by in streams
Leaving nought behind but
Silence, night and dreams.

It’s Happened to All of Us…

I wanted to send a postcard from Malta. Nothing could be easier.
But I must to choose a favorite photo instead postcard ...
How to choose a favorite photo?!!!
Three days later I watched my photo albums ... I couldn't even choose a theme! That it can be: nature, animals, flowers, people, clouds, rooftops, the mountains or the sea, France or Switzerland, or maybe a photo of a child?
What I love most?
...One day, I go to the walk. Quite unexpectedly, I found the envelopes with the stamp in a nearby store. It made me very happy, because getting to the Post I couldn`t have been a few days.
So, I got an envelope. Now, my favorite photo! In an emotional impulse, I decided to make a favorite photo right now! The places around me beautiful, the camera with me, too. Was made about 80 shots ... Again, the problem of choice! I wanted to send a letter right now.
I decided to make 5 prints and choose from them already ... And that a five prints.

  • Boat near the coast - a good option, but one leg of the fishermen, for some reason outside...
  • Aubergine with tomato?))
  • I'm pleased with someone else's car?
  • Playground, like a city or city, like a playground ...
  • My face blinded by the sun.
Did even one of them I really like?
It’s enough to make you want to tear your hair out!
It was despair. And then I realized that the picture is not important, but an idea... And when I understand it, I already knew what to do.

The Sound of the sea.

The Sound of the sea - it's the music that you need to listen carefully. This isn't only the background.

The Sound of the sea

The sea awoke at midnight from its sleep,
And round the pebbly beaches far and wide
I heard the first wave of the rising tide
Rush onward with uninterrupted sweep;
A voice out of the silence of the deep,
A sound mysteriously multiplied
As of a cataract from the mountain's side,
Or roar of winds upon a wooded steep.
So comes to us at times, from the unknown
And inaccessible solitudes of being,
The rushing of the sea-tides of the soul;
And inspirations, that we deem our own,
Are some divine foreshadowing and foreseeing
Of things beyond our reason or control.

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow was an accomplished American poet. He wrote many well-known pieces in his lifetime, including "Song of hiawatha," "Evangeline," and "Paul Revere's Ride." He was a teacher at Harvard, leaving his mark on New England through the Longfellow House, formerly known as the Craigie House before it was given to him and his wife as a wedding present.
Longfellow was known for writing poetry that was easy to read with a good sense of rhythm.

Wellcome!

Please make yourself at home! Because this blog is created for you too. Of course, you can catch his creator in the height of creative agony, but just look after few minutes - what is happening and don't believe yours eyes: the scenery will be replaced, and inflamed the imagination disappears.
